The Traverse City Horse Shows season spans 13 weeks of premier competition, typically running from June through September. This includes our Spring Series, the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival, and the Tournament of Champions.

Traverse City Horse Shows will notify applicants of approval and provide next steps, including payment instructions. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors are encouraged to operate from 9 AM to 5 PM Wednesday through Sunday. Visitor traffic is typically highest Friday through Sunday.
Any menu changes must be submitted to and approved by Traverse City Horse Shows management in advance.
Traverse City Horse Shows provides vendor tents. Outside tents are not permitted unless approved by show management.
No. All vendors must be approved and assigned a designated vendor space by Traverse City Horse Shows before operating on the property.
We review on a rolling basis; early application is highly recommended for the season.
