Traverse City, Mich. – March 1, 2021 – The countdown is on until the 2021 Traverse City Horse Shows (TCHS) series gets underway, bringing 12 weeks of high-performance show jumping, hunter and equitation competition to Traverse City, Michigan. The series will kick-off with the Traverse City Spring Horse Show, presented by Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel, which will run for three weeks from June 9-27. Prize lists for the 2021 Great Lakes Equestrian Festival (GLEF), presented by CaptiveOne Advisors, as well as the Traverse City Tournament of Champions will be available soon. Show jumping athletes have plenty of new additions to look forward to during this year’s spring show, including FEI CSI2*, CSI3* and CSI4* competition as well as the return of the coveted $30,000 CaptiveOne Leading Open Jumper Rider bonus. New to this year, CSI2* athletes will be able to enjoy three ranking classes. The TCHS management team has also implemented a new incentive program that is unique to Traverse City to celebrate hunter athletes and horses, offering over $275k dollars in prize money and a chance to qualify for the Traverse City Hunter Finals and the Traverse City Derby Finals in the fall.
