Welcome
Dear Vendor,
Welcome to Traverse City Horse Shows! We are so pleased to have you join us at Flintfields Horse Park for the 2026 season and look forward to a wonderful summer together.
Each summer, TCHS hosts 13 weeks of world-class equestrian competition — from our TC Spring Series in June through the Tournament of Champions in September — drawing more than 60,000 attendees and generating over $130 million in regional economic impact. As a vendor, you'll be at the heart of it all, with direct access to a passionate community of competitors, trainers, families, and spectators who make the vendor experience a cherished part of their time at the show.
This Welcome Kit contains everything you need to know to prepare for your time on the show grounds: your season schedule, space details and pricing, vendor policies, move-in and move-out procedures, and key contacts. Please read it carefully, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions — we're here to help make your season a success.
We look forward to welcoming you to the grounds.
